Rabbi Bella Bogart is a gifted prayer leader, teacher, musician and healer, with over 30 years of congregational experience. She holds a vision of the wisdom and vibrancy of our heritage as a profoundly relevant Judaism for today and tomorrow. Her unique bimah presence reflects the richness and diversity of her own Jewish journey, seamlessly blending the traditional nusach and Hassidic melodies of her youth with modern liturgy and music. She is expert at creating warm, inspirational services that engage participants of all backgrounds and levels of observance.
Rabbi Bella brings her Shabbat and holiday services, torah teaching, music, chant circles and more to communities striving to foster a meaningful Judaism for their members, in which they can explore and embrace a wide variety of Jewish practice, culture and spirituality. She received smicha from the ALEPH Ordination Program and served as the past Chair of the Alumni Council. She and her husband, Dillon, split time between residences and grandchildren in Florida and New York .
